When a hauling company applies through the partner page, we collect business contact details, coverage area, operating details, service capabilities, and notes submitted through the form.

Like most websites, hosting and analytics tools may collect technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, and basic usage events.

How we use information

We use quote details to review the job, prepare follow-up questions, and coordinate the request with independent local hauling crews when the job appears to fit.

We use partner application details to review whether a hauling company may be a fit for future ClearJunk dispatch opportunities.

We may use aggregate site activity to understand which pages and forms are working and to improve the customer experience.

How information is shared

Quote details may be shared with independent local crews for job review, scheduling, access planning, and pickup coordination.

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, form handling, analytics, and similar site operations. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the site, or to respond to misuse, fraud, or security concerns.

Photos and uploaded files

Photos are used to understand item volume, item type, access conditions, and whether a request can be matched with the right crew.

Do not upload photos containing sensitive documents, payment cards, government IDs, medical records, children, or anything unrelated to the pickup request.

Uploaded photos may be included in internal review emails and shared with crews evaluating or performing the requested pickup.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a form. You can also request that we delete or update information you previously submitted, subject to operational, security, or recordkeeping needs.

You may opt out of non-essential follow-up messages by replying with that request. Transactional messages about a request you submitted may still be necessary to complete coordination.
