ClearJunk Dallas is a lead coordination and dispatch platform for junk removal requests in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

ClearJunk reviews customer-submitted job details and may coordinate requests with independent local hauling crews. Accepted items, pickup windows, final quotes, and crew fit depend on the details of each request.

Submitting a form does not create a booking until the request is reviewed, a quote or next step is provided, and the customer accepts the proposed arrangement.

You agree to submit accurate contact details, pickup location, item descriptions, access notes, and photos that reflect the full job.

You are responsible for confirming that the items are yours to remove or that you have permission from the property owner or authorized decision-maker.

If the job changes after you submit photos, you should disclose the changes before pickup. Additional items, access issues, weight, disposal restrictions, or inaccurate descriptions can change whether the request can be handled.

ClearJunk does not coordinate pickup of hazardous materials, chemicals, gasoline, open paint, medical waste, weapons, explosives, or materials that cannot be handled through ordinary junk removal channels.

Certain heavy, specialty, commercial, or debris loads may require extra review. ClearJunk may decline a request when the item type, access conditions, disposal route, or crew fit is not appropriate.

Photo-based quotes are prepared from the information available at the time of review. Final handling depends on the items present, access path, parking, stairs, disposal requirements, and any details discovered before loading.

Pickup windows and crew availability are not promised until confirmed. Urgent requests should be flagged in the form so they can be reviewed with the right context.

Payment instructions, if applicable, will be provided during coordination. Do not send payment information through the general quote description fields.

Submitting a partner application does not promise dispatch volume, territory, exclusivity, or acceptance into the network.

Partner applicants are responsible for providing accurate operating details, service areas, equipment information, coverage status, and job capabilities.

ClearJunk may review, approve, pause, or decline partner relationships based on responsiveness, customer experience, job fit, and operational needs.

You may not misuse the site, submit false requests, upload unrelated files, attempt to interfere with site operation, or use the forms for spam, scraping, or unauthorized solicitation.

The site may be updated, paused, or changed at any time as ClearJunk improves the service, updates its domain, or changes its operating systems.
