Cleanouts · Dallas–Fort Worth

Residential cleanouts.

One packed room or an entire house — send photos of each space and we coordinate a full cleanout with an independent Dallas–Fort Worth crew, quoted before anyone is dispatched.

A whole-home cleanout is just a series of rooms. Photograph each one and the quote writes itself.

How does a whole-home cleanout work in DFW?

Walk the property with your phone and photograph every room that needs clearing, including closets, the garage, and any outdoor piles. We use those photos to build one upfront quote covering volume, item types, stairs, and parking access. Once you approve it, we match the job with an independent local crew that fits the load size and schedule.

What should stay and what should go?

Before pickup day, separate anything you're keeping into one clearly marked area or room. Everything else is fair game for the crew. If some items are donation-ready, say so in the request — we look for routes where usable furniture and household goods can be separated from the disposal load instead of everything going to the landfill.

How long does a residential cleanout take?

Most single-room jobs are finished in one visit. Whole-home cleanouts in the Dallas–Fort Worth area typically take a scheduled block or two depending on volume, stairs, and how far the crew has to carry items to the truck. The photo quote sets expectations up front, so there's no renegotiating in your driveway.

Questions

Asked before every pickup.

Do I need to be home during the cleanout?

Someone should provide access and confirm what's being removed, especially for whole-home jobs. If you can't be there, coordinate a clear plan in advance — labeled rooms and a marked keep-pile go a long way.

Can one request cover multiple rooms?

Yes. One photo set covering every room gets you a single quote for the entire job, which is usually simpler and better priced than booking rooms separately.

What can't be included?

Hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos — need special disposal and can't ride with general junk. Flag anything questionable in your photos and we'll tell you before quoting.
