Shed removal.
The shed is leaning, the door hasn't closed since 2019, and wasps have opinions about it. Photograph it inside and out, and we review it for tear-down and haul-away.
A shed fails slowly, then all at once. Take it down on your schedule, not gravity's.
Which sheds qualify for tear-down
Metal kit sheds and resin sheds unbolt or break down quickly and are routine requests. Small wood sheds are reviewed from photos — framing size, roofing layers, and condition determine whether it's a light-demolition fit for a junk crew or a bigger demo project. Photograph all four sides, the interior, and what it sits on.
Empty it first, or quote the contents too
A shed full of junk is two jobs in one, and that's fine — photograph the contents and the structure, and both are covered in one quote. Just don't leave surprises: a shed floor hiding paint cans, fuel, or a forgotten mower changes what the crew can legally haul that day.
Slabs, footings, and what stays
Standard shed removal takes the structure to its base. Concrete slabs, deck-block footings, and gravel pads are separate scopes — small slab demolition can be reviewed if photographed, but often the slab stays and becomes a patio foundation. Decide what you want the ground to look like and say so in the request.
Four steps. No guesswork.

Asked before every pickup.
How long does a shed tear-down take?
Metal and resin sheds usually come down within a scheduled visit. Wood sheds vary — that's what the photo review determines.
Can the mower and tools inside be hauled too?
Yes — drain fuel from equipment first, since crews can't transport gasoline. Include everything in the photos.
Do I need a permit to remove a shed?
Most small accessory sheds come down without permits in DFW cities, but rules vary — check your city and HOA before scheduling.
While the crew is there.
Bundled requests quote more efficiently than separate pickups — photograph everything that needs to go and it becomes one job.
