Cleanouts · Dallas–Fort Worth

Apartment cleanouts.

Moving out, turning over a unit, or clearing what a tenant left behind — photograph each room and the access path, and we coordinate the cleanout with a local DFW crew.

Elevators, stairwells, parking garages — apartment jobs live and die on access. Photos settle it before pickup day.

Why access details matter most for apartments

An identical pile of furniture is a very different job on a third-floor walk-up than in a ground-floor unit with close parking. Include the floor number, elevator availability, loading-dock rules, and parking distance with your photos. Crews are matched partly on access, so accurate details keep the quote accurate too.

Working with property managers and leasing offices

Many DFW buildings require a scheduled window, an insurance certificate on file with the office, or freight-elevator reservations. Tell us the building's requirements when you send photos so scheduling is coordinated with a crew that can meet them — it prevents a crew arriving and being turned away at the desk.

Turnovers and left-behind contents

Landlords and property managers clearing a vacated unit can send one photo set per room. Left-behind items are treated as a standard cleanout load: furniture, bagged clothing, kitchen items, and general junk. If anything looks donation-ready, note it and we'll look for a route that separates it from disposal.

How it works

Four steps. No guesswork.

01

Send photos

Upload 3–5 photos of the items and the access area.

02

Get a clear quote

Priced on volume, weight, item type, stairs, access, and disposal.

03

Schedule pickup

We coordinate availability with a local hauling crew.

04

Items removed

The crew completes pickup and confirms the space is cleared.

Questions

Asked before every pickup.

Can the crew use the freight elevator?

Yes — if the building has one, reserve it for the pickup window and mention it in the request. It changes how the job is routed and usually makes the quote better.

Do you handle single items from apartments?

Yes. A sofa or mattress from an apartment is a normal request — the same photo-quote process applies, just with access details included.

What about HOA or building rules?

Share any move-out rules, dock hours, or certificate requirements up front. We coordinate those constraints with the crew before the pickup is scheduled.

Photos in. Quote back. Done.
