Debris and outdoor loads · Dallas–Fort Worth

Carpet removal & disposal.

New floors are going in and the old carpet is rolled against the wall like a body. Photograph the rolls — or the rooms still carpeted — and we coordinate the haul.

Carpet goes in as one clean roll and comes out as heavy, dusty history.

Cut it, roll it, then photograph it

Carpet hauls best cut into strips three to four feet wide and rolled — full-room rolls are absurdly heavy and won't turn corners. If your installer or your own tear-out already produced rolls, photograph the stack and count rooms. Padding bags separately and weighs little; it's the carpet itself that carries the weight.

Wet carpet is a different animal

Carpet soaked by a leak or flood holds gallons per room and often can't wait for a convenient schedule — mold starts within days. Flag water damage explicitly in your request. Wet loads weigh multiples of dry ones and quote accordingly, but the honest photo up front is what keeps pickup day smooth.

Tear-out still needed?

If the carpet is still stapled down, that's a reviewed request — pulling carpet, padding, and tack strips is hand-tool work crews can sometimes include. Photograph the rooms as they stand. Expect tack-strip removal and floor-prep quality to be 'clear for hauling,' not 'ready for hardwood install.'

Questions

Asked before every pickup.

How many rooms per pickup?

As many as you photograph — whole-house recarpeting tear-out is a normal single request, quoted by total volume.

Do you take rubber-backed or glued carpet?

Yes. Glue-down tear-out is tougher and noted in review, but the hauling side is the same.

Can old area rugs go too?

Rolled rugs ride along with anything else — they're the easiest version of this whole category.
