Renovation cleanouts.

The remodel is done but the evidence is stacked in your garage. Old cabinets, torn-out flooring, and contractor leftovers — photograph the pile and we coordinate the haul-off.

A renovation isn't finished while the old kitchen is still stacked in the garage.

After the contractor leaves

Many DFW remodel contracts don't include debris haul-off, or the homeowner does demo themselves to save money. Either way the result is the same pile: cabinets, countertop slabs, flooring, and contractor bags. Photograph the pile from a few angles with something for scale, and the whole mess is quoted as one load.

Heavy materials are priced by weight reality

Tile, concrete backer board, granite, and plaster are dense — a small-looking stack can outweigh a room of furniture. Disposal facilities charge by weight, so heavy-material loads are quoted accordingly. Honest photos of material types keep the upfront number honest too.

What can't go in a renovation load

Asbestos-suspect materials (common in pre-1980 flooring and insulation), liquid paint, solvents, and refrigerant-bearing units need special handling and can't ride in a general debris load. When in doubt, photograph it and ask — flagging a material before quoting costs nothing.

Questions

Asked before every pickup.

Is a dumpster or a pickup better?

For a finished project with a defined pile, one scheduled pickup avoids permit issues, driveway damage, and week-long rental windows. Active ongoing demo may still suit a dumpster.

Can materials still in the house be taken?

Yes — torn-out cabinets or flooring stacked inside are fine. Photograph the rooms and the path out.

Do you take leftover new materials?

Yes, and unused materials are often donation-eligible — flag them and we'll look for reuse routing.
